Re-design and implement the Economists new business strategy into a new look Espresso app, without creating a replacement for the main app subscription services.

The main problem being that main subscribers when leaving were just dropping off completely, the brief here was firm, to encourage espresso subscribers that they might want more, but for Full app subscribers who were leaving to transition to a more manageable product.

After receiving great feedback from senior stakeholders from the Economist on the whole design process, the app was released successfully to the App and Play stores.

After a few months the Economist are already seeing a 15% increase for new Espresso subscriptions. This is also seeing Full subscription applicants for the main app not just drop of completely but move to a more manageable subscription service.
